These are the terms and conditions of Purchasing from Extreme Fitness Plans as an authorized dealer of Team Beachbody. By your action of making this purchase of products and/or services from Extreme Fitness Plans, you as the customer acknowledge and accept the following terms and conditions.
Extreme Fitness Plans guarantee all Team Beachbody products come with a minimum 30-day money back guarantee (Some products have longer guarantee periods than 30 days), less shipping and handling. If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason and are within your guarantee period, please follow the Return Instructions below. If you have questions regarding Team Beachbody products and/or services, please feel free to email Extreme Fitness Plans at customerservice@extremefitnessplans.com or you may call us at Extreme Fitness plans 866-855-9249 M-F 9am – 5 pm. You will receive a response as quickly as possible however in some instances you may need to allow up to 2 business days. If your inquiry is regarding a product shipped to you please find and refer to the Extreme Fitness Plans Order number or the Team Beachbody order number . These two order numbers come in separate emails following placing your order on the Extreme Fitness Plans website. The first email will be from Extreme Fitness Plans and will have an order number included, this email should come within a few minutes of placing the order on our website. The Team Beachbody number is included with the email notifying you of your shipment information and will come from the Team Beachbody warehouse directly. This email normally follows the receipt email from Extreme Fitness Plans. The Team Beachbody email may take a 1-3 days following the order placement as it is not sent until the product is actually shipped from the Team Beachbody Warehouse.
Team Beachbody Shipping Methods. Team Beachbody by default uses the services of United Parcel Service (UPS) Basic service as the standard delivery service for standard street addresses. However Expedited delivery options are available for UPS Ground and UPS 2-Day Air for additional cost. DHL Smartmail service is the default delivery service For P.O. Box addresses and for APO/FPO addresses. Please be advised Shipping & Handling Rates UPS Basic are 8.25% of the retail product total (Minimum $5.95) UPS Ground rates are 9.5% of the retail product total cost ( Minimum $7.95) UPS 2-Day Air are12% of the retail product total (Minimum $14.95) Please also note: Certain heavy weight items may also include a small shipping surcharge of between $5.00 and $15.00, this is in addition to the shipping rates shown above.
Please be advised of Expected Delivery Times. For those products to be shipped to standard street addresses that are within the 48 contiguous United States Team Beachbody utilizes United Parcel Service (UPS) this normally means you can expect an estimated delivery time of 5 to 7 business days from the date your order is fully paid and placed with Extreme Fitness Plans. Please be aware Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii because they are not contiguous do require longer delivery times and may take up to 10 to 12 business days from the date the order was fully paid and placed with Extreme Fitness Plans. Any packages being sent to P.O. Box addresses are shipped by DHL Smartmail and may take up to 10 to 12 business days. Lastly, for any packages being sent to Military APO/FPO addresses, DHL Smartmail will also be used, depending on the specific location these generally may take up to 3 to 4 weeks for delivery.
Sales Tax. All purchases from Extreme Fitness Plans of Team Beachbody products and services are subject to sales tax, these rates are based upon the shipping address provided by you the customer at the time of the order. Extreme Fitness Plans will calculate and include the sales tax for the Team Beachbody product in accordance and compliance with the current rates in effect at the time the order is placed and paid with Extreme Fitness Plans on its website.
Payment Methods Accepted . Extreme Fitness Plans retails Team Beachbody products and services as an authorized dealer of Team Beachbody, these may be purchased using a current and valid credit card from the following types: - Visa - American Express - MasterCard – Discover.
Return Instructions All legitimate and authorized retailers of Team Beachbody products do business with and from the same Team Beachbody warehouse. Team Beachbody has developed a standard procedure for returns that is thought out and must not be varied from. When followed it provides for efficiency for all concerned, especially you the customer which is our first concern at Extreme fitness plans and everyone at Team Beachbody, Therefore;
Please follow these instructions very carefully as it will help to make refund process much smoother and a success for YOU!
1. Call The Team Beachbody warehouse toll-free at (800) 470-7870 to obtain an RA (return authorization) number. Please be advised, as is customary in most return policies, shipping and handling is not a refundable item. Please be advised, any returns sent to the Team Beachbody warehouse without an RA # cannot be accepted so please be sure to call Team Beachbody for the RA number first.
Do not send the product C.O.D. It will not be accepted.
2. Please write your RA # on the front of your packing slip. Please enclose your packing slip or a legible photocopy thereof in the shipping carton. It is very advisable to secure a tracking number from your shipping provider and then email that tracking number AND RA number to customerservice@extremefitnessplans.com so that we can assist in assuring the refund goes as efficiently as possible on your behalf. Any ultimate refund will come from Extreme Fitness Plans once the Team Beachbody warehouse has confirmed the authorized return of the product to the Team Beachbody warehouse as per these instructions. If the product is sent back without the RA number there will be no easy way to track the product to the correct customer. Following these instructions is the only way to ensure proper credit.
3. Mail the product back to the Team Beachbody warehouse for receipt within the guarantee period using the return label you will find provided on the original packing slip that came with the product.
4. Please be sure to keep the receipt and making sure there is the proper amount of postage on the package. Neither Extreme Fitness Plans nor Team Beachbody are in any way responsible for packages lost in the delivery system, you the customer are responsible to ensure the package is delivered to the Team Beachbody warehouse.
5. Refunds for properly returned product will be processed within 7-10 business days following receipt of the package by the Team Beachbody warehouse. As stated above providing Extreme Fitness Plans with the tracking number and RA number helps us help you get your refund properly and as promptly as possible. Email this information as soon as you ship your package back to Extremefitnessplans@gmail.com
Home Direct Program. For certain products like Skakeology, Extreme Fitness plans and Team Beachbody can offer a Home Direct program. This is for your convenience and a program by which you the customer may opt to purchase some products from Extreme Fitness Plans choosing to have that product sent directly to you on a 30, 60 or 90 day basis, depending upon the item selected and purchased. In such a case, these future shipments and services will be charged to the same credit card that was initially used for your purchase of the item(s). By purchasing a Home Direct item from Extreme Fitness Plans, you are agreeing to the periodic shipment of product or provision of services as described above and as indicated on your order in future periods without Extreme Fitness Plans or Team Beachbody providing further notification to you. In order To ensure the continued regular delivery of your Home Direct products, you as the customer of Extreme Fitness Plans must ensure that your shipping and billing information with us is current and up to date. If at some point you need to update your shipping or billing information or to discontinue your Home Direct program, please contact by email at Extremefitnessplans@gmail.com or contact Extreme Fitness Plans Customer Service at 866-855-9249.
Information Release. As an authorized dealer of Team Beachbody all products are ordered by dealers from Team Beachbody for their customers, as such Extreme Fitness Plans orders are shipped factory fresh from the Team Beachbody warehouse. This system is proven and benefits you as the customer but requires that certain information placed on the Extreme Fitness Plans order form is also shared with Team Beachbody for the purpose of order fulfillment and communication about your order to you as the customer to ensure you receive from the Team Beachbody warehouse the products and services you have ordered. This information includes the shipping address, phone number and email address. Team Beachbody does not have access to nor do they receive your any of your credit Card information. By making your purchase, you accept the release of this shipping and contact information to Team Beachbody.
Privacy Policy. All information collected and stored by Team Beachbody is subject to the terms of their Privacy Policy, available at www.TeamBeachbody.com.
