In general, you should switch from 1-2 to 3-4 between days 30 & 45, although some people may need to wait until day 60. Your decision should be based on the following: familiarity with the sequences, comfort with the pace/speed, and the 1-2 routines are simply becoming easier.
2. Should I Use Bands or Weights or Both?
It doesn't matter which you use as long as your are constantly pursuing “The Burn”. You need to make sure that the last 5 reps are hard. Also, do 8 to 10 reps to build muscle and 12 to 20 reps to sculpt. Although neither is inherently better than the other, if you feel like you are beginning to plateau, switching from what you are currently using to the other option (free to bands or bands to free).
3. What's the Deal With Supplements?
Tony quickly points out that he takes supplements every day. Vitamins and minerals that are supplements will work in tangent with the your foods to ensure that your body gets the energy that it needs to sustain a 6 day program like Power 90.
4. What's the Real Truth About My Diet?
Tony has never been a “calorie counter”. His approach to healthy eating is pretty straightforward. Eat the right fuel that allows your body to thrive. · No food that is not in the top 3 rungs of Michi's ladder.

5. Why am I Not Losing Weight Right Away?
Your body can react in a number of different ways whenever it deals with something new. Your body and mind are rarely on the same page, especially right away.
