I have been working out with 3 friends to Turbo Fire (it helps us to stay on track) and I can't say enough about it! Both of my friends over the last 4 weeks have lost at least 10 pounds, and I personally have lost about 12. I finally feel like I have a chance to get back to the weight I was in highschool.
